The leader is Instagram. It can no longer be perceived as the new kid on the block of social media interactions which include gossiping, newsgathering, marketing, advertising, promotion (self, corporate, NGO-oriented). At the time of writing, Instagram is already around seven years old. Why would this motivation be labelling Instagram as a world leader? Well, at some stage in the past, it was recorded that active followers Instagram and their associates were able to track had surpassed the one billion mark at a given period of time.
And many businesses, startups and entrepreneurial ventures in particular, are choosing to go Instagram for their marketing, advertising and promotional work. It is an easy to use platform. And it is consumer friendly too. A question was asked, not just off-hand or on occasion, but many times over. Customers wanted to know if they really had to buy their followers. They thought about this long and hard enough, seeing as though they’ve all been having a challenging time reeling in their targeted followers, as it is specific to their business area, niche or field of interest.
The inability to make the big gains is no negative reflection on you. You may already be doing sterling work, and who would want to discourage you from that. It’s just that you have bravely chosen to venture into one of the most competitive online environments. Ever. Remember that record? One billion. Anyway, do not feel embarrassed. Swallow your pride for a bit. Because let it be known that some of the world’s leading retailers have been doing this for long enough already. Buying their followers.
Try and stick to a disciplined program of following the leaders. These are your influencers of note, specific to your industry or field of interest. Read about what they have to say about buying your followers. You don’t necessarily need to take their word for it, but do endeavor to take their advice. They’ve been in the game long enough, so they do know what they’re talking about. Let experience speak volumes for your enterprise. Of course, there’s plenty of other work for you to do if you want to keep up with good followers numbers.
Don’t ever forget that one. Don’t forget that you’ve still got to work on creating your own brand. The straightforward purchase of followers is not going to be doing that for you. And your followers bought or organically gained, aren’t going to be posting for you either, although they will be making their own positive contributions along the way. That’s what it means to be an active follower. So, don’t you go forgetting that either. Great to sign up with leading influencers in your backyard. But don’t tie yourself down to becoming just another number, soon to be forgotten about.
Or worse, discarded, because believe this, they can do that too. If they’re proactive on their platform, they’ll be cleaning out their files too. And if you’re not making any worthwhile contributions along the way, they’ll be cleaning you out too.
